Processing Times
Standard in-stock items: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Personalized or engraved items: Please allow 5–10 business days for production prior to shipment.
Custom memorial pieces: Production timelines may vary depending on design complexity.
Estimated completion times will be provided during the ordering process.

Shipping Timeframes
Estimated shipping times begin after order processing is completed.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or peak holiday periods are outside of Crown Concepts Ltd’s control.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Crown Concepts Ltd is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If an order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
Include photos of damaged packaging/items when applicable.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund & Exchange Policy

Because memorial and remembrance products often carry significant emotional value and may include personalization,
we strive to balance compassionate customer service with the custom nature of our products.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if:
· The item is unused and in original condition
· Original packaging is included
· Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Personalized & Custom Items
Due to the customized nature of engraved, personalized, or made-to-order memorial products:
Personalized items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable
Exceptions may be made if:
· The item arrives damaged
· There is a manufacturing defect
· An engraving or customization error was made by Crown Concepts Ltd
If an error occurred, we will offer:
A replacement item
Store credit
Or a refund at our discretion
Damaged or Defective Orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or defective.
Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Personalized or custom orders that have already entered production may not be canceled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Personalized or engraved jewelry, Custom memorial keepsakes, or Final sale or clearance items
